The only way for us to operate with you, is to be challenging, offer guidance and career counsel, whilst being truthful and yet supportive. Every one of us is different. We acknowledge that we all have different needs and desires in our lives.

Hence we are here to provide support. Your career is more important to us, not the immediate placement. Our best testament to this are major client contacts who have operated with us and been placed by us earlier within their career.

We operate on discreet, often 'unknown to the rest of the market' assignments, or with clients actively developing their business with us. We therefore will either work with you on something that is genuinely real or with an organisation you should be positioned with. What we don't do is throw your CV across the market, looking for a fast buck.
