You will develop a sales process and business that will drive sales efficiently and effectively, including external sales, internal, online and via 3rd parties.

Title Inventory Manager – PHHM1832

Our client is a global leader in logistics solutions that not only deliver on service, but create and drive specific sectors from the front, whilst others follow. They are innovative in their solutions and take full end to end supply chain responsibility for their customers, managing inventory and risk on their client’s behalf. This specific client has doubled it’s size and associated delivery volumes over the last year, that an individual capable of operating within such a demanding environment is now required.

Reporting to the Site Depot Manager with a dotted line into the UK Head of Inventory Management for this contract, you will take full responsibility for leading a team in the effective management of £8.5million stock holding covering over 4000 products, incorporating chill, freezer and ambient chambers and managing full quarterly seasonal, menu and volume driven warehouse relay changes.

You will be a highly experience Inventory Management expert from within logistics focussed in management and production of inventory, service, resource and productivity KPI’s.
You will also understand the financial implications of leading such an operation on behalf of a major client and have the strong people manage skills to direct manage and develop all team members through performance management, mentoring and guidance. You will also understand the legal and procedural food regulations and requirements along with site health and safety.

This is a fast paced and exciting foodservice operation and out-strips any other organisation’s growth in the UK currently. As such, you will ideally come from a food service or food background, high complex retail or FMCG operation, where you have managed and owned this part of a supply chain operation, but you are looking for something bigger. Bigger for the challenge and bigger for accelerated careers growth opportunities within a global player.
