Reporting to the MD, the successful candidate will take full operational responsibility for the entire supply chain end to end, including logistics. You will lead a business transformation programme that will see you redevelop the operation, enhance the service offering, support the increase in product range and in entering multiple new routes to market.

Of graduate calibre, you will be a highly accomplished supply chain and logistics operator, who has managed at director level supply chain operations supporting business units in excess of £150m, with high SKU’s, high volume throughput and on a national, multi-site basis. Knowledge of international supply chain operations feeding the UK is also a must.

Additionally you will understand and have a demonstrable background in delivering large, wholesale, national change. You will be able to clearly define the optimum operating model for an organisation’s supply chain operation and how that supports growth and customer satisfaction.

You will most certainly have come from a Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Drinks or Merchanting sector, where you be will familiar with high volume throughput.
