But with various product and service offerings, Fleet Management as a complete solution needs leadership.
Reporting to a Main Board Director, the successful individual will take full responsibility for the strategic direction of their Fleet Management offering as a product. From its continual scope definition, to its commercial framework and operational requirements, you will lead the UK offering on a cross-functional basis ensuring market positioning and share targets are met.
With a strong commercial and technical background, you will have a significant understanding of the Fleet Management market I the UK within commercial vehicles ideally. You will understand what Fleet Management is or could be, what the key drivers are within the sector currently and how to develop the right proposition for the UK marketplace on a continual basis.
Certainly from the sector, you will have a significant understanding of Fleet Management and have experience in creating and managing significant product offerings and commercial propositions. You will also have a demonstrable track record in service/product development, strategic leadership, project management, bid management and client relationship management in supporting a sales environment. Above all you will be a visionary. A visionary that can create opportunity, deliver enhanced value to clients and drive a marketplace.
