You will develop a sales process and business that will drive sales efficiently and effectively, including external sales, internal, online and via 3rd parties.

You will have a demonstrable track record in leading a national sales operation for a significant sizes organisation, but it could be from any sector.

The successful individual will deliver the sales strategy and growth against plan, build the relevant processes, systems and culture for an effective sales-lead business, including delivering to the small clients through world-class service, just as delivering to the very large clients via a solid strategic account management methodology.
