Reporting in at a global level, you will lead the growth and development of their European sales operations. It’s plural as we have a vision that will see the business grow 5-fold in revenue over the next 5 years across Europe, with in turn expanding sales operations in multiple countries.
You will be the leading executive in Europe, developing the go-to-market strategies on a multi-channel basis. Direct and via channel partners. Not only will you be responsible for implementing those strategies, but in also leading the sales efforts across Europe from the front. This requires significant involvement with major global clients, spear-heading those relationships and strategic developments. Ultimately the successful individual will create a foot-print across Europe that not only delivers our clients corporate vision for the continent but creates an operation that is an employer of choice across Europe.
Of graduate calibre and ideally fluent in another European language (French or German would be perfect), you will have a minimum of 10 years senior management experience within a corporate sales environment of industrial manufacturing products to the Aerospace and Automotive Markets. You will understand the complexities of new product development to achieve clients manufacturing requirements and in strategic sales methodologies, such as Miller Heiman, which will deliver major new business growth.
